Efficient personal hygiene can not be underestimated, especially in production environments where the risk of contamination poses great danger. Elpress can play an eminent role in reducing these risks. To prevent the risk of contamination in the broadest sense of the word, we offer you several possibilities: from sterilisation basins to complete hygienic entrances and from boot racks to wash basins. Our products and installations are used throughout the food processing industry, and are produced in-house.

Chemical Dispensers

The HDT / HST is an automatic dispenser / dosing unit and reduces risks when entering production areas. When the hands are inserted into the cylinders, sensors activate the atomisation of the disinfectant or soap. After this, the turnstile is released and one can proceed. The HDT / HST is meant to be placed on a flat surface.

Hand Cleaning

Our sensor operated wash basins are equipped with a legionella prevention system by means of automatic flushing on set times.This flushing can start between 24 and 78 hours after the last use (adjustable).

Hygiene Entrances

The DZW-HDT does two things at the same time: it cleans the soles and disinfects the hands. The rotating brushes are automatically humidified.

Sole Cleaning

Due to the low step of just 175 mm, the DZW is ergonomical to use. The brushes are automatically humidified and activated by means of sensors. This ensures that energy consumption remains low. The DZW uses the right amount of chemicals, thanks to the sensors. The splash protection prevents the space around the DZW becoming a mess.

Social Room Equipment

Our benches are produced with a stainless steel frame. This means a solid and hygienic construction with a white plastic surface for the user to sit on. The stainless steel bench is equipped with adjustable feet.

Dry and Storage Racks

The boot dryers are made entirely from stainless steel. Their solid construction can be mounted to the wall. The boots can be hung up easily, so they can dry (by means of air). Boot dryers are available for different quantities of boots, shoes and clogs.

Sole Disinfection

The DZD disinfects soles by means of a disinfection bath. The bath is automatically topped-up with disinfectant. This means the systems never fails, and the excessive use of disinfectant is prevented. Regardless of which disinfectant you use, the splash protection makes sure the space around the DZD remains clean. After twenty-five passings the disinfection bath is automatically topped-up.
