3. Heat Sealing: Applies a thin protective sealing film directly onto the rim of the cup to airtightly protect the product from spillage, contamination, and oxidation.
4. Over-Lid Application: Places and presses a plastic protective cap/lid over the sealed film for structural rigidity and re-sealability.
5. Product Dating: Codes the lid or cap with necessary manufacturing, expiration, or batch dates.
