 Jar enters, signals PEC starwheel turns 90⁰ under capping head

 Capping lowers on cam, retracts on cam

 Jar/ bottle clamp activated of adjustable cam onto 5/2 valve

 Starwheel turns 90⁰ onto exit conveyor

 Current capping head removable, for 40mm cap (no alternative head)

 All systems work on cams and relays, no PLC

 Motor runs on DOL for capping (clutch adjusted and variable speed gearbox)

 Cam motor uses inverter. Guards with interlocked access doorway
