Trepko 211KS Cup Filler 95&75mm

The Trepko KS 211 is a single fill cup filler for 95 and 75 mm cups, this machine is driven through an index system that allows accuracy on the turn table and steady production. The out put of the machine is at 2400 cups per hour. The main stations of the filler are : Cup dispensing, filling, Aluminium lid placing and sealing. The cups are then taken out through the conveyor. The machine is controlled through the plc HMI that is on the outside of the control panel. This is used for food products such as cream, yoghurt, pastes, puddings, water, pet food, etc.
