Space saving, ergonomic design-chassis with solid leg construction and adjustable feet.
Constructed completely from AISI 304 Stainless Steel, welded and polished to global food grade standards.Insulated with CFC free polyurethane, thickness varying from 38mm at the top to 100mm at the bottom, adding extra strength to the structure.
Laser Welded S.S 304 Evaporator (0.9/1.5/2mm). Milk Cooling Tank consists of milk vessel made from 1.5mm S.S 304 and insulation vessel made from 1mm S.S 304.
Detachable Butterfly valve-DN 50, SMS thread One piece top Lid made from S.S 304 with thickness of 1.5mm mounted with pneumatic springs to allow easy and safe opening and closing of the tank. Gear motor with micro switch for gentle agitation of RPM 30-36,1Φ-50Hz from Dairy Machinery UK
